Telecommuting Solutions Architect

Job Summary

A global provider of technology solutions is seeking a Telecommuting Solutions Architect.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Developing and maintaining in-depth expertise in the Enterprise Data Intelligence solution area
• Performing business and technical pre-sales support of sales of data governance solutions to major accounts
• Driving sales by gathering requirements, analyzing and understanding customer needs

Required Skills:

• 30-40% travel required during key implementation periods
• 5+ years information and enterprise management experience planning, architecting and implementing enterprise wide-wide solutions
• Understand multiple solution-area methodologies and the application of technology to implement them
• Broad knowledge of environments in which Enterprise Data Intelligence-based solutions will be deployed
• Able to determine/define and articulate business needs and value proposition
• Hands-on experience with software technologies in at least 3 of the following categories: ASG Enterprise Data Intelligence, Big Data, Relational DBMS, Data Modeling, Data Administration, Data Profiling, ETL Tools, BI Tools, CASE Tools
