Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommuting Sourcing Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Providing oversight of sourcing support effectiveness
• Onboarding, training, coaching and counseling off-shore/on-shore sourcing researchers
• Building customer and supplier relationships through professional rapport, consistent follow-up and maintaining contact

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 3+ years recruiting experience, including proactive/passive sourcing experience
• High school diploma
• Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills
• Ability to work in a 24/7 international work environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced, intense work culture globally and have the ability to adapt to constant changes and competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide a large team of Sourcing Specialists and Screening Specialists
