Job Summary

A global recruiting and consulting firm has an open position for a Telecommuting Southeast Regional Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Professionally manage a group of Reps representing the company to prospects
  • Provide timely and accurate forecasts of bookings and revenue
  • Provide regular and meaningful insights to senior management and marketing on market trends, product requirements and competition

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel 40%
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills
  • 3 - 5 years experience managing reps selling in the Dental Market
  • Demonstrated a track record of closing business to existing and new accounts
  • History of leading successful teams, developing reps, and holding them accountable
