Job Summary
An IT and service company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Spark and Hadoop Distributed Systems Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating a dual storage representation system
- Designing and build inga disaster recovery architecture for zero data loss with transactional integrity
- Building systems that manage and process large data sets
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Attend hackathons and conferences and speak at events
- S./M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience developing commercial products
- Expertise in at least one programming language
- Strong concurrent programming experience
