Job Summary
A company that offers educational services is in need of a Telecommuting Special Education Specialist in Yolo County.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Scheduling and holding individual monthly phone conferences with the general education teachers
- Providing direct services as needed to students
- Setting up IEPs in online classroom, and follow up on attendees
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel rarely to meet in-person for IEP meetings or other responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong content and subject-matter knowledge
- Must hold a valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential Mild/Moderate and/or Moderate/Severe Disabilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint
