Job Summary

An internet company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Special Projects WordPress Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and performing maintenance on previously-launched partner sites
  • Migrating partner sites to the best hosting platform that suits their needs
  • Conducting code reviews for existing WordPress sites

Required Skills:

  • Attend company's annual retreats
  • Familiarity with and adherence to the WordPress Theme Development Standards
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS/Sass, and WordPress
  • Ability to write a WordPress theme from scratch, in PHP
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Familiarity with different hosting platforms
