A financial organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Staff Appraiser.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing meaningful, supported, and accurate value opinions on all appraisals assignments
  • Analyzing and evaluating market trends and providing meaningful conclusions
  • Solving complex appraisal problems using recognized appraisal methodology

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel within the assigned region
  • Certified Residential Appraiser
  • 5+ years of appraisal experience as a licensed/certified appraiser
  • Strong understanding of appraisal practices and methodology
