Job Summary
A banking company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Staff Appraiser in Detroit.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Solving complex appraisal problems using recognized appraisal methodology
- Analyzing and evaluates market trends and provides meaningful conclusions
- Developing meaningful, supported, and accurate value opinions on all appraisals assignments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Perform residential appraisals for single-family attached and detached
- Strong understanding of appraisal practices and methodology
- Certified Residential Appraiser
- 5 years of appraisal experience as a licensed/certified appraiser
- Ability to act independently and consistently make appropriate decisions with minimal guidance and oversight
- Complete real estate appraisals that are compliant with Federal and State laws
