Job Summary
A real estate brokerage company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting State Administrative Broker.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring that the company delivers exceptional brokerage support to agents
- Performing contract review to ensure legal and contractual compliance with transactions
- Acting in the capacity of the state Principal Broker
Qualifications for this position include:
- Willingness and ability to travel within the state
- Member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
- Holds an active real estate broker license with continuing education credits in real estate, management and legal compliance
- Ability to lead and motivate others including a track record of developing staff and maintaining a high standard of employee relations
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Able to drive results and meet goals with a strong sense of urgency
