A real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting State Administrative Broker.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Delivering exceptional brokerage support to agents
- Acting in the capacity of the state Principal Broker
- Conducting training to enhance agent's knowledge and understanding of contract
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Willingness and ability to travel within the state
- Holds an active real estate broker license
- Member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
- Possess the highest degree of integrity
- A keen interest in and high level experience in real estate compliance activities
- Ability to lead and motivate others including a track record of developing staff and maintaining a high standard of employee relations
