Job Summary

A real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting State Administrative Broker.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Delivering exceptional brokerage support to agents
  • Acting in the capacity of the state Principal Broker
  • Conducting training to enhance agent's knowledge and understanding of contract

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Willingness and ability to travel within the state
  • Holds an active real estate broker license
  • Member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR)
  • Possess the highest degree of integrity
  • A keen interest in and high level experience in real estate compliance activities
  • Ability to lead and motivate others including a track record of developing staff and maintaining a high standard of employee relations
