Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Static Object Lead Developer in Seattle.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping define the roadmap for what features can make CTOs, Lead Developers, and individual contributors more productive
- Interfacing with clients on an as-needed basis to ensure that we are serving their needs
- Providing a variety of debugging techniques
Position Requirements Include:
- Work from home Wednesday, and every February we retreat from Seattle and spend a month annoying our friends with selfies taken in Mexico, Belize, Europe, etc
- 5+ years experience as a Developer in a high level language like Ruby, Python, or C#
- 5+ years experience using git
- Strong background in architecting large-scale systems, taming complexity using DRY principles
- Able to work with the CEO to formulate the optimal set of tools to reliably measure+improve quality over time
- Demonstrated grit and optimism in the face of great challenge
