Job Summary
A staffing agency needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Storage Systems Architect.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Implementing EMC and IBM Storage Systems and Brocade/CISCO SAN Fabric Switches
- Migrating storage systems from older to newer generation based systems
- Troubleshooting problems/errors in SAN Storage Systems
Position Requirements Include:
- 12 + years of overall experience in IT Services and Systems Management
- 8 + years of extensive experience in Storage Management on EMC and IBM Technologies
- EMC VNX, EMC Unity, IBM XIV, IBM SVC, EMC Isilon Storage arrays configuration experience
- Very good knowledge with ITIL processes
- Knowledge in using Service Management Tools like Remedy, Service Center, etc
- Should have worked in a remote support environment
