Job Summary

An education company is in need of a Telecommuting Strategic Account Executive.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations
  • Target districts with 15,000 or more students
  • Provide a great deal of strategic thinking

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be able to travel 50% of the time
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, product seminars, and trade shows
  • Bachelors' degree required
  • 3-7 year's sales experience in software technology based industry, education, and either or both transactional/enterprise based solution selling
  • Proven success prospecting (cold calling and web research), building a pipeline, moving opportunities through the sales cycle; proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with both manager level and C-level decision-makers
  • Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations
