A software organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Strategic Services Delivery Manager.

- Managing project- and account-level escalations as needed
- Establishing and maintaining executive level relationships at strategic accounts
- Providing direct oversight for the overall implementation project
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Demonstrated ability to connect relationally with business and IT stakeholders
- Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits ($M )
- 5 years of business development experience for technology consulting services with a proven record of successfully exceeding quota
- 10 years experience delivering professional services
- BA/BS or equivalent; MBA is a plus
- Certified Salesforce product expert
