Job Summary

A software organization needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Strategic Services Delivery Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing project- and account-level escalations as needed
  • Establishing and maintaining executive level relationships at strategic accounts
  • Providing direct oversight for the overall implementation project

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Demonstrated ability to connect relationally with business and IT stakeholders
  • Experience growing accounts with large and complex pursuits ($M )
  • 5 years of business development experience for technology consulting services with a proven record of successfully exceeding quota
  • 10 years experience delivering professional services
  • BA/BS or equivalent; MBA is a plus
  • Certified Salesforce product expert
