Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Strategic Solutions Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Being able to qualify, educate and lead the design and adoption of database solutions
  • Being the front line of the sales team in a dynamic, high-energy environment
  • Taking ownership and drive VIP initiatives within key high-profile accounts

Position Requirements Include:

  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Technology leadership experience as a software development manager or CTO
  • 10+ years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales capacity managing and coordinating long-term relationships across Fortune 1000 organizations
  • 5+ or more years Linux operations experience
  • 5+ or more years software engineering experience
  • 3 or more years experience with traditional RDBMS including Data Modeling, performance tuning, and configuration
