Job Summary

A global design and consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Strategic Workforce Planning Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading a functional team of people responsible for organizational capacity
• Leading in the development and implementation of the new Resource Management system
• Ensuring that all staff have the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to deliver the objectives

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or greater
• 10 years of experience the majority of which should be based in a similar resource optimization and/or strategic workforce planning function
• Experience leading major projects and change programs which impact an entire organization.
• Experience of managing relationships at all levels
• Effective track record of deployment optimization in a large organization
• Experience in overall Talent Optimization
