Job Summary
A well-known life insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Supervising Insurance Director in the Western Region.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing oversight, monitoring, and reporting of budget
- Coaching and transparent communication through regular 1:1's
- Creating team goals and partnering with associates on their goal creation
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 50% of the time
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent education or experience
- Active Series 7, 24, 63, 65 (or 66)
- Previous industry and supervisory experience
- Previous leadership and management experience
- Resident state Life and Health licensee
- All other requirements listed by the company
