Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Support Team Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing guidance for problems and questions of escalated issues
  • Conducting training and performance appraisals for the team
  • Conducting quality control checks and edit work if necessary

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Communication Proficiency
  • Advanced Degree or Equivalent Number of Years' Experience
  • 1-2 years of Managerial experience or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in supporting Epic and/or Epic MyChart
  • Thorough Knowledge and understanding if Systems, Procedures and Technology/Project life cycles
  • Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision
