A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Support Team Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing guidance for problems and questions of escalated issues
- Conducting training and performance appraisals for the team
- Conducting quality control checks and edit work if necessary
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Communication Proficiency
- Advanced Degree or Equivalent Number of Years' Experience
- 1-2 years of Managerial experience or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years of experience in supporting Epic and/or Epic MyChart
- Thorough Knowledge and understanding if Systems, Procedures and Technology/Project life cycles
- Ability to Work with Minimal Supervision
