Job Summary

A real estate company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting System Reliability Engineer in Bellingham.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring cloud-based architectures meet availability and recoverability requirements
  • Performing deployment and management automation of cloud-based infrastructure and software
  • Finding scalability bottlenecks and areas for performance improvements

Position Requirements Include:

  • Possibly requires onsite training
  • 2 years of experience managing AWS infrastructure
  • 5 years of experience with technical operations and software development
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering
  • Experience with one configuration management tool and a strong software engineering or programming background
  • Monitoring / alerting tools such as New Relic, Site24x7, Pagerduty, etc
  • Experience with log aggregation tools such as Sumologic, FluentD, Scribe, Splunk
