Job Summary

A healthcare research company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Talent Acquisition Researcher.

Must be able to:

  • Research new platforms to successfully penetrate our target markets-Identify Academics, Associations, and/or Societies
  • Perform candidate pre-qualification and interview coordination
  • Manage job posting process on Job Boards

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be able to travel to Somerset for training
  • 4 year degree and/or equivalent related industry experience
  • Minimum of two years professional experience that includes formal training in sourcing practices and recruitment support role
  • Knowledge of ATS and Web based recruiting tools to include LinkedIn and CareerBuilder
  • Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
