Job Summary
A healthcare research company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Talent Acquisition Researcher.
Must be able to:
- Research new platforms to successfully penetrate our target markets-Identify Academics, Associations, and/or Societies
- Perform candidate pre-qualification and interview coordination
- Manage job posting process on Job Boards
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be able to travel to Somerset for training
- 4 year degree and/or equivalent related industry experience
- Minimum of two years professional experience that includes formal training in sourcing practices and recruitment support role
- Knowledge of ATS and Web based recruiting tools to include LinkedIn and CareerBuilder
- Able to write basic web/database queries and Boolean searches
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
