Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommuting Talent Advisor.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing intake call with Hiring Manager on assigned requisitions
- Acting as an advisor to client hiring managers on appropriate sourcing strategy
- Proactively gathering market intelligence and sharing with internal team and hiring managers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
- 6 years of account management, requisition management and/or a consultative recruiting role as the direct, primary hiring manager point of contact
- 8 years in a candidate generation role
