A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommuting Talent Coordinator in Scottsdale.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Sourcing, screening and phone interviewing available candidates across the United States
• Creating pipelines of potential candidates for current and future placement
• Building relationships with active and passive candidates by using creative forms of online resourcing

Required Skills:

• Availability for 1 week onsite training in Scottsdale, AZ (Dates TBD)
• High school diploma
• 2+ years of experience in a service related field
• Ability to communicate effectively and courteously on the phone
