Job Summary

A travel company has an open position for a Telecommuting Talent Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and developing the Talent Development team
  • Interviewing and selecting training resources in support of our ramp up season
  • Leading the current annual new hire agent training efforts

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Willing and able to travel based on business needs
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 3+ years of virtual training experience
  • 2+ years of management experience including leading a remote team
  • Proven experience with instructional design, eLearning programs, and facilitation
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to understand business needs, create gap/needs analysis, identify appropriate learning solutions and measure results
  • Tech savvy
