A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Telecommuting Talent Management Consultant.

  • Participating in employee engagement activities
  • Facilitating talent review process in partnership with HR generalists

Position Requirements Include:

  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, effectively analyze problems, and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Minimum 5 years related work experience in talent management, succession planning, change management,
  • Strong background working with technology, using Microsoft products
  • Ability to partner effectively with others and manage complex projects to achieve desired results
