Job Summary

Unlike many other remote recruiting jobs, you will only be recruiting for Ventura. You'll be sourcing at all levels of the company including pilots, mechanics, avionics technicians, admins, sales people, etc. We do a lot of hiring as a fast growing company so your contribution will make a big difference in our success. Accordingly, you'll be working directly with the COO and CEO of the company.

What You'll Do:
Create job ads
Create job scorecards with the help of the hiring supervisor
Create and implement a sourcing strategy to produce qualified candidates including job sites and social media
Build, manage, qualify, and maintain a database of candidates
Sell open positions to prospective candidates through effective phone calls and email campaigns
Identify qualified candidates using targeted recruiting methods
Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure that only the best candidates are presented to the management team

Requirements & Qualifications:
At least 2 years experience actively recruiting / sourcing candidates
Advanced knowledge of sourcing tools and strategies
Expert English Speaker with Excellent Communication skills (Phone & Email)
Positivity and Perseverance
Computer Savvy
Fast and Solid Internet Connection
Self-starter
Detail and Goal Oriented
Fast Learner (You'll be learning a lot of aviation speak)
