Job Summary
A network security company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Resolving customer problems via telephone, email or remote access
- Ensuring customer success through proactive periodic health checks, product training, and best practices
- Serving as primary point of contact as well as first level support for premium support customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Familiarity with general network and database concepts
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- Technical aptitude
- Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures
