Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Educating our customers on operationalizing the company platform
  • Creating and executing implementation plans, from start to finish
  • Serving as the customer's chief advocate and champion customer causes internally

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel to the SF Headquarters, Company-wide events, and travel to customer sites
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in technical account management, solutions architecture, security consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business related field
  • Some experience coding in a language (Python, R, Javascript, etc.)
  • Conceptual understanding of technical topics and ability to learn new technologies quickly
