Job Summary
A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Technical Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Educating our customers on operationalizing the company platform
- Creating and executing implementation plans, from start to finish
- Serving as the customer's chief advocate and champion customer causes internally
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel to the SF Headquarters, Company-wide events, and travel to customer sites
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in technical account management, solutions architecture, security consulting
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business related field
- Some experience coding in a language (Python, R, Javascript, etc.)
- Conceptual understanding of technical topics and ability to learn new technologies quickly
