Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Monitoring and tracking customer account activity and proactively engage to address potential issues
- Answering questions and solving support issues
- Building and maintaining a very good relationship with each customer to become their first point of contact
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Basic knowledge and understanding of video encoding, packaging, protection, playback, and analytics workflows
- 2 years of hands-on experience in a customer support function for technology products/services and common support tools
- 2 years of software development experience either with Javascript, Java, Python, Go, PHP or similar programming languages
- 2 years of hands-on familiarity with common tools to debug web-based applications
