Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Monitoring and tracking customer account activity and proactively engage to address potential issues
  • Answering questions and solving support issues
  • Building and maintaining a very good relationship with each customer to become their first point of contact

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of video encoding, packaging, protection, playback, and analytics workflows
  • 2 years of hands-on experience in a customer support function for technology products/services and common support tools
  • 2 years of software development experience either with Javascript, Java, Python, Go, PHP or similar programming languages
  • 2 years of hands-on familiarity with common tools to debug web-based applications
