Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Capacity Planner in Jacksonville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Measuring and extrapolating historical growth to predict future trends
- Monitoring and measuring resource consumption (CPU, Memory et al)
- Incorporating all data into a comprehensive capacity forecast
Skills and Requirements Include:
- SAS (WPS) programming skills required
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
- Typically requires 7 years of experience in capacity planning
- Good understanding of z/OS Sysplex Architecture and Workload Manager (WLM) required
- RMF, SMF and MXG based reporting required
- Forecasting and modeling application performance experience required
- All other requirements listed by the company
