- Synthesizing data, brainstorming, and coordinating with the broader Product and Engineering teams
- Empowering and retaining users of products

- Experience in a customer support role and passion for helping others
- Demonstrable long-term experience in customer management and communications
- Ability to concisely communicate product updates on various issues
- Comfortability with creating and owning the strategy of how end users have necessary communication tools
- Familiarity and interest in non-hierarchical decision-making and decentralized systems
- Provide technical support for both the Ujo Platform and Products
