Job Summary

A venture production studio has an open position for a Telecommuting Technical Community Support Specialist.

  • Experience in a customer support role and passion for helping others
  • Demonstrable long-term experience in customer management and communications
  • Ability to concisely communicate product updates on various issues
  • Comfortability with creating and owning the strategy of how end users have necessary communication tools
  • Familiarity and interest in non-hierarchical decision-making and decentralized systems
