Job Summary
An IT and service company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Technical Content Architect.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the creation of scoping documents, templates, and reusable proposal language
- Developing and articulating the win themes and value propositions that solves for the customers' business need
- Understanding business problems and potential service components
Qualifications for this position include:
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral, required
- 10+ years' experience in complex IT services
- Bachelor of Arts in English, Creative Writing, or equivalent writing experience, required
- Mastery level technical and creative writing skills, required
- Experience with industry leading proposal creation methodologies and frameworks
- In-depth experience in creating and managing the creation of technical materials for large scale, global managed services solutions, 10+ years required
