Job Summary
A website for technology freelance professionals is filling a position for a Telecommuting Technical Customer Support Front End Developer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Splitting your time between developing product and technical support
- Using Zendesk to field, triage, and answer client tickets
- Answering technical support tickets
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of Front-end development (HTML/JS/CSS) and testing skills
- 1+ years of Technical Customer Support experience or similar such as Help Desk or Computer Support
- Superior communication skills using written and spoken English
- Patience, empathy, and self control
- Ability to communicate technical issues in a way that non-technical individuals can understand
