Skills and Requirements Include:

- Ability to effectively command control during crisis situations
- Strong trouble shooting and investigative skills
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
- 5+ Years of experience in a customer facing role
- Four Year college degree in Computer Science and 5+ years of experience or 10 years experience in the technology arena
