Job Summary

A hybrid IT solutions company has an open position for a Telecommuting Technical Operations Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining and improve customer satisfaction ratings
  • Ensuring best practices for support and problem management are adopted and practiced
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement to address operational inefficiencies through the use of metrics and reporting

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Previous leadership experience in some capacity in the IT industry
