Job Summary
A software company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Technical Product Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensure customer configuration aligns with recommended best practices
- Alert and advise customers around critical vulnerabilities and software updates
- Develop working knowledge of the company platform
Qualifications for this position include:
- Some travel may be required to assigned customer locations
- University Degree and/or relevant industry qualifications
- Minimum of one year's commercial experience within the information technology industry
- Knowledge of service delivery or account management in a post and/or presales environment
- Proficiency in contemporary operating systems, advanced networking concepts, and computer security concepts
