Job Summary
A marketing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Technical Recruiter in Palo Alto.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Conducting technical pre-screens, efficiently move candidates through our process
- Identifying potential candidates through intricate searches, sourcing tools, user groups, candidate referrals, networking, etc.
- Advocating and optimizing for a data-driven recruiting approach
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Work from home Thursdays
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional technical candidates in high growth environments
- 3+ years of relevant recruiting or sourcing experience
- Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)
