Job Summary
A construction company is in need of a Telecommuting Technical Recruiter in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Maintain relationships with candidates and customers in order to anticipate needs and opportunities for growth
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants
- Utilize basic and innovative candidate sourcing techniques in order to identify and qualify talent
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Outstanding written and in person communication, interpersonal, and client presentation abilities
- Strong phone presence
- A Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in sales
- Strong computational skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet recruiting tools
- Interest in the staffing and engineering industry
- Ability to write complex documents in the English language
