Job Summary
A software company is seeking a Telecommuting Technical Software Application Trainer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Writing and optimizing course materials and other documentation for IT professionals and end-users
- Delivering training solutions to the standards and measuring required by each client
- Assessing the effectiveness of training by follow-up, surveys, and tasks deliverable
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be able to travel locally, nationally and internationally, as required
- 1-2 years experience with programming
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in technical field or equivalent technical experience
- Proficient training skills and experience delivering both instructor led and virtual instructor led training
- Knowledge of Open Source Software and Licensing
- Familiar with Skype for Business, WebEx
