Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Technical Support and Sales Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Performing product/sales demos to customers
- Adding to and improving technical documentation
- Assist customers with installation and configuration of software
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Engineering degree with 3 or more years of professional technical support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS Administration and Troubleshooting including Active Directory
- Strong experience with Linux Administration and Troubleshooting
- Ability to work in USA and Europe time zones
