Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Technical Support and Sales Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Performing product/sales demos to customers
  • Adding to and improving technical documentation
  • Assist customers with installation and configuration of software

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Engineering degree with 3 or more years of professional technical support experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows Server OS Administration and Troubleshooting including Active Directory
  • Strong experience with Linux Administration and Troubleshooting
  • Ability to work in USA and Europe time zones
