Job Summary

A software development firm has a current position open for a Telecommuting Technical Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues for clients
  • Performing creative problem solving to meet customer needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience in a customer facing technical support position
  • Experience in software development, especially using internet API services
  • Experience with network troubleshooting
  • Experience in system architecture design and full stack troubleshooting
