Job Summary
A computer software company is in need of a Telecommuting Technical Writer.
Must be able to:
- Facilitates the timely development, change, review, and approval of documentation
- Create departmental tools, processes, and libraries for the efficient use and search of documentation
- Create, write, and edit high quality text using corporate, and industry style guidelines
Position Requirements Include:
- 10%-25% Travel Required
- Minimum of 3 years direct technical writing experience in healthcare analytics, or related healthcare industry
- Bachelors’ degree in a scientific discipline or business administration or other related technical field
- Excellent technical writing skills and expert use of Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Adobe
- Knowledge of current HIPAA regulations along with general knowledge of healthcare security
- Knowledge of technical requirements, change control procedures, and configuration management
