Job Summary
A cybersecurity and privacy consulting firm is filling a position for a Telecommuting Technical Writer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Writing, developing, editing, and maintaining security documentation
- Producing high quality documentation that meets security standards
- Working with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of security requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Valid driver’s license (Traveling may be required)
- 5+ years of experience managing cybersecurity or the requirements of NIST, HIPAA, PCI, etc.
- 5+ years of Technical Writing experience
- Experience in working on security certification exercises, from gap analysis to implementation
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
