Job Summary
An IT consulting firm is filling a position for a Telecommuting Technical Writer in Phoenix.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Developing a Scope of Work for eventual release through a Request for Proposals
- Creating maintenance contracts with measurable, meaningful, Service Level Agreements
- Coordinating and verifying the work of sub-contractors
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Weekly meeting onsite for project updates
- Experience writing a blanket maintenance or facilities management contract
- Previous Experience in writing RFPs
- Agreements and be able to determine performance metrics so contractors can be held accountable for their work
- Knowledge of alternate payment methods for RFPs/contracts
- Experience establishing and implementing performance metrics
