Job Summary
A company in the technology industry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Technology Account Management Leader.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Streamline processes to ensure that AMs across all markets are working with internal teams
- Define Account Manager KPIs
- Organize product and process cross-training across relevant products
Required Skills:
- Experienced change agent with ability to drive process improvement within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- 10+ years of experience and proven success in Account Management or Client Services leadership roles
- Established track record delivering positive results for customers with demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and guide business strategy
- Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach others
- Self-directed with the ability to identify and solve complex cross-functional challenges
