Job Summary

A company in the technology industry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Technology Account Management Leader.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Streamline processes to ensure that AMs across all markets are working with internal teams
  • Define Account Manager KPIs
  • Organize product and process cross-training across relevant products

Required Skills:

  • Experienced change agent with ability to drive process improvement within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • 10+ years of experience and proven success in Account Management or Client Services leadership roles
  • Established track record delivering positive results for customers with demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and guide business strategy
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach others
  • Self-directed with the ability to identify and solve complex cross-functional challenges
