A technology company is seeking a Telecommuting Technology Customer Service Engineer Level 3 in Dallas.
Must be able to:
- Perform full range of maintenance on assigned products
- Manage call activity
- Adhere to proper escalation procedures to resolve customer issues
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum Possess a valid drivers license
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Engineer
- Minimum Experienced with networked devices
- Minimum HS diploma or equivalent
- Minimum MS Office experience
- Minimum Facilitator skills training
