Job Summary
A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Technology Support Team Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide daily direction and communication to employees
- Provide statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member
- Ensure team has appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to Travel Onsite to Meet with Clients and Complete Training as Needed
- 3 Years Professional and 3 Years Customer Service Experience
- 2 Years of IT Experience or Equivalent Computer Knowledge
- 1 year of Management Experience
- Four Year Degree or Equivalent Number of Years' Experience
- Available to work weekends, evening or other hours as needed
