Job Summary

A technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Technology Support Team Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide daily direction and communication to employees
  • Provide statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member
  • Ensure team has appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to Travel Onsite to Meet with Clients and Complete Training as Needed
  • 3 Years Professional and 3 Years Customer Service Experience
  • 2 Years of IT Experience or Equivalent Computer Knowledge
  • 1 year of Management Experience
  • Four Year Degree or Equivalent Number of Years' Experience
  • Available to work weekends, evening or other hours as needed
