A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Tier 2 Technical Support Representative in Louisville.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Effectively and clearly documenting all questions, issues and requests
- Responding promptly and accurately to incoming client inquiries
- Providing ongoing product training as part of the resolution of tickets
