A human resources services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Time Tracking Associate Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the analysis of business needs and requirements
- Translating technical requirements into business appropriate terminology
- Analyzing gaps and complete fit gap documentation
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Business Degree in Management of Information Systems or Human Resources or relevant work experience required
- Up to date Workday HCM/Payroll/Financials certification or additional certifications
- Experience in working in HCM/Payroll/Financials deployments using applications such as Workday, PeopleSoft, ResourceLink or SAP
- CIPP or related certifications beneficial
- Possess an knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory by providing guidance to others in functional design processes
- Working knowledge and language of the following business areas: Human Resources, Benefits, and Payroll
