Job Summary

A education management provider is in need of a Telecommuting Training and Instructional Support Lead.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting instructors to resolve instructional issues and challenges that impact student learning and achievement
  • Designing and customizing onboarding agendas and session plans to lead trainings with Generation instructors
  • Developing a strategy for instructor training and development

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travelling within country, and occasional travel to other Generation sites as per the needs of the program
  • At least 1 year experience coaching or providing support to instructors
  • At least 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering multi-week training programs or teaching experience, with at least 4 years direct supervisory or management experience
  • High degree of independence and experience with self-management
  • Comfortable working with digital tools
