Job Summary
A education management provider is in need of a Telecommuting Training and Instructional Support Lead.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting instructors to resolve instructional issues and challenges that impact student learning and achievement
- Designing and customizing onboarding agendas and session plans to lead trainings with Generation instructors
- Developing a strategy for instructor training and development
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travelling within country, and occasional travel to other Generation sites as per the needs of the program
- At least 1 year experience coaching or providing support to instructors
- At least 3-5 years of experience designing and delivering multi-week training programs or teaching experience, with at least 4 years direct supervisory or management experience
- High degree of independence and experience with self-management
- Comfortable working with digital tools
