Job Summary

A financial and professional services firm is filling a position for a Telecommuting Transaction Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Assuming key transaction responsibilities for a national strategic client
  • Providing advice on client transactions
  • Managing office transactions

Qualifications Include:

  • Attend regular client meetings
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate
  • 3 - 5 years related office real estate experience
  • Real estate brokerage or salespersons license
  • Knowledge of real estate leases and accounting procedures is imperative
  • Superior negotiation and leasing and interpersonal skills
