Job Summary
Daily Transcription is seeking accomplished transcribers with paramount accuracy.
This is an independent contractor position. Candidates should have experience transcribing video, interviews, market research and focus groups. Hours are flexible but we ask that transcribers are available to transcribe at least 2.5 hours of video/audio a week and have availability on some weekends.
Video/Audio file lengths range from 30 minutes to 2+ hours.
We request that you are a native English speaking resident of the US.
The transcriptionist will be responsible for signing up on the scheduler, receiving and accepting assignments, following assignment guidelines and styles, submitting assignments by deadlines, making corrections according to the QC's request.

**A word of note: there is not a guarantee of work each day that you sign up. There are days that we may have more work than transcribers signed up and other days where we have more transcribers than work available. We need to have a steady, successful team on hand not only for our busy seasons but for future anticipated projects.
Rate of pay is equivalent to $15.00 - $33.00 per hour depending upon your Transcription Turnaround Time (TAT)
Although we welcome novice transcribers to apply, it may be a difficult task to undertake. This is challenging work.
